Diner Ross Steakhouse is pulling up stakes on Sept. 26, 2026, ending a short, strange chapter in the Linq’s dining lineup. Diner Ross was meant to complement DiscoShow in a unified Spiegelworld micro‑district that cost $40 million for the company to build out in partnership with Caesars Entertainment. But DiscoShow’s ticket sales never matched its glittery production budget, and the show closed on Jan. 3, 2026. Once the party died, the diner lost its hungry, built-in late-night crowd and couldn’t dance on its own. (A later pivot to “Steakhouse” is not the kind of rebrand that’s ever good news.) Spiegelworld still has a strong Vegas footprint with Absinthe at Caesars Palace, Atomic Saloon at Venetian, and the dinner show The Party inside Superfrico at the Cosmopolitan, where it also operates the Ski Lodge. Cocktails Get Carried Away You will soon be able to grab or Doordash alcohol to go from restaurants, bars and taverns thanks to a Las Vegas City Council vote last week. This follows the French eatery’s June 7 closure as a pop-up at Durango Social Club. Mama Rabbit at Park MGM will close Sept. 14. The mezcal‑forward concept, created with Bricia Lopez of L.A.’s Guelaguetza fame, opened in August 2019 and helped push Oaxaca‑style spirits into the mainstream on the Strip.Mulberry Street Pizza—long the busiest eatery at Resorts World—announced its closing day as Sept. 14. The owners say they’re already scouting a new Vegas location: “Las Vegas… we’re not cashing out! See you soon.” Chinatown’s Spanish‑leaning A Different Beast closed on Aug. 30. And its anime-themed One Piece Café will close Oct. 2. The latter became a niche hangout for cosplay meetups, themed drinks, and merch drops. No relocation for either eatery has been announced.
