Ol’ Blue Eyes’ landmark Sinatra at the Sands album is getting a major archival overhaul for its 60th birthday, with Capitol Records/UMe and Frank Sinatra Enterprises preparing two new editions for release on Oct. 23, 2026. Capitol Records’ upcoming Vegas-centric CD re-release says Franks for the memories. (Image: Capitol Records) The centerpiece is a 5-CD box set featuring five complete, previously unreleased concerts from Sinatra’s 1966 Copa Room residency with Count Basie & The Orchestra, arranged and conducted by Quincy Jones. For the first time, listeners will hear full shows exactly as they unfolded between Jan. 26-Feb. 1, 1966 — including variations in pacing, monologs, and nightly setlist changes. The concerts included will be: Disc 1: Jan. 26 – Second Show Disc 2: Jan. 27 – First Show Disc 3: Jan. 28 – First Show (+ bonus tracks “Angel Eyes” and “Where Or When” from the second show) Disc 4: Jan. 29 – First Show Disc 5: Feb. 1 – Second Show Across the residency, Sinatra performed staples such as “Come Fly With Me,” “I’ve Got You Under My Skin,” “Fly Me to the Moon,” “Luck Be a Lady,” “It Was a Very Good Year,” and “My Kind of Town” — along with spoken segments including “The Tea Break” and “A Few Last Words” A separate two-LP Vinylphyle edition — exclusive to uDiscover Music — preserves the original album sequence newly mixed by Larry Walsh and mastered by Joe Nino‑Hernes at Sterling Sound. (Image: Ethan Miller/Getty) Barry Manilow canceled two shows and halted a third mid‑performance during his latest weekend at Westgate Las Vegas, citing technical and vocal problems. The 83‑year‑old singer stopped his Thursday (Aug. 20) show roughly 40 minutes in, during “Can’t Smile Without You,” after production issues forced the performance to end early. He later announced that both his Friday and Saturday concerts (Aug. 21-22) would be canceled as well, telling fans he was “unable to put on our show” due to the combined technical and vocal difficulties. Refunds for the Aug. 20–22 dates were automatically processed at the point of purchase, according to Manilow’s statement. No further details were released regarding the nature of the technical failure or his vocal condition. Earlier in August, Manilow delayed a Lexington, Kentucky show for the second time, and he previously pushed back multiple residency and arena dates following lung cancer surgery in December 2025, when doctors removed a cancerous spot from his left lung. He has since resumed performing under medical guidance and is still scheduled to return to the Westgate’s International Theater for shows from Aug. 27–29, with additional dates booked through December 2026. Boyz Back II Cosmo Boyz II Men will return to The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan for a four‑night engagement on March 12, 13, 19 and 20, 2027, following two packed weekends earlier this month. The general on‑sale begins 10 a.m. PT Friday, Aug. 28 via Ticketmaster or CosmopolitanLasVegas.com. Citi cardmember presales run 10 a.m. PT Aug. 25 through 10 p.m. PT Aug. 27, with additional presales throughout the week. Bleau Notes Fontainebleau’s BleauLive Theater will host Canadian rock band Triumph, performing the second leg of its “Rock & Roll Machine Reloaded” tour on Dec. 1, 2026. Presales begin Aug. 25, followed by the general on‑sale at 10 a.m. PT Aug. 27 at FontainebleauLasVegas.com.
