Elk Studios’ Langley Street is a slot game inspired by popular conspiracy theories, ranging from the flat earth theory to reptilian overlords. Symbols in this title include bird-shaped surveillance drones, UFOs, the flat Earth, and all-seeing eyes. Low-paying symbols, on the other hand, represent scraps of paper, highlighting Marvin’s desire to piece together a definitive answer to all of his questions. Depending on how players fare, Marvin can either learn more about the conspiracy that’s plaguing Langley Street or get his memories wiped out. A Game Packed Full of Features In terms of mechanics, Langley Street 23 comes with a full package of unlockable features, such as mystery symbols, stacked multiplying wilds, and a bonus game. Wild symbols substitute for all regular symbols. The game also features expanding Wilds with a clash mechanic where a government agent attempts to erase Marvin’s memories. When the feature kicks off, multipliers of up to 100x are assigned to each of them. Depending on who wins, the corresponding multiplier is applied to all wins involving the symbol. By collecting VHS tapes (only present on reel 5), players can trigger the bonus game. Collecting six VHS tapes also unlocks the mystery symbol and awards a mystery respin. When 12 VHS tapes are collected, the expanding Wild symbol is unlocked. A total of 18 VHS tapes, on the other hand, awards the cloning wild symbol. By collecting 3-5 bonus symbols, players can also trigger 8-12 free spins. During the bonus game, no VHS tapes can be collected, but all feature symbols are unlocked.
