Data from St8’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration has shown a 91 per cent rise in weekly usage as 10,000 queries were handled in the first three months since launching, offering strong evidence of growing engagement with AI powered casino aggregation. Casino games aggregator and full-service technology provider St8 has published updated usage data from its MCP powered back-office AI assistant. The numbers prove that more operators are moving agentic AI into daily operations as they look to improve efficiency.Since its July launch, between the week of 19 July and 11 October 2026, St8 logged 10,358 AI-handled queries and actions through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration via the focus group. Weekly query volume has increased by 91 per cent since the beginning, with 490 queries in its first week, compared to 935 in the week commencing 11 October. MCP is an emerging open standard that lets AI systems connect directly to external tools and data sources. The figures offer a snapshot of how operator teams are using AI to interact with St8’s aggregation platform. This includes accessing reports, checking configurations, and flagging issues without having to navigate dashboards manually. Queries have risen even more significantly for the same focus group in the past two months, by a huge 128 per cent, from 426 queries in the week of 16 August to 972 in the week of 4 October, as more operator teams built the assistant into their regular workflow. Activity consistently drops over Saturdays and Sundays before rebounding on Mondays, broadly following the rhythm of business-hours operations and suggesting that the technology is being used as part of regular back-office workflows. Higher levels of activity in recent weeks also demonstrate the system’s capacity under load. Usage surged to 1,907 queries in the past two weeks, as well as a spike of 2,679 for one week in August, without a disruption to service. For an industry weighing up where AI provides genuine value in day-to-day operations, St8’s data offers proof of simplified back-office processes and improved access to operational information through its increased usage. As aggregation platforms compete on integration speed, content breadth and operational efficiency across regulated markets, the ability to incorporate AI into existing workflows could become an increasingly important differentiator. In September, St8 showcased its MCP powered back-office AI assistant on the ground at SBC Summit Lisbon, with AI query activity increasing by over 50 per cent since then when compared to the week before SBC. Vlad Negine, CEO at St8, commented on the data: We launched our MCP integration to explore new ways AI could make day-to-day operations easier, giving operator partners a faster and simpler way to interact with the St8 platform. The data provides encouraging signs so far, as the increased usage and upward trajectory are proof that the MCP has a positive impact on making operations more efficient. We are delighted to have passed 10,000 queries in such a short space of time, and as engagement continues to grow, we are confident that we can build on these strong foundations and add value to businesses across the industry through our technology.
