Sportradar Group, a global leader in sports technology, has published its financial report for the third quarter of 2026, reporting double-digit increases in revenue and adjusted EBITDA. These results highlighted another quarter of strength and attested to the value Sportradar brings to its partners. A Period of Strength for Sportradar In its official release, Sportradar highlighted Q3 2026 revenue of EUR 363 million ($409.1 million), up 24% year-on-year. The company explained that this growth reflected 27% growth in its Betting Technology & Solutions division (revenue of EUR 297 million/$334.7 million) and 11% growth in Sports Content, Technology & Services (revenue of EUR 65.8 million/$74.2 million). The former division’s growth was underpinned by Sportradar’s acquisition of IMG ARENA, while the latter grew thanks to an increase in Marketing & Media Services. Thanks to the overall increase in revenue, the company’s profits for the three-month period also increased, reaching EUR 27 million ($30.4 million), representing a 7.5% percentage of revenue. The results were partially offset by unfavorable currency fluctuations. In addition to that, Sportradar’s adjusted EBITDA increased to EUR 102 million ($115 million), up 21% year-on-year. The adjusted EBITDA margin for Q3 2026 was 28.2%, the company added. The provider also highlighted EUR 157 million ($176.9 million) in net cash from operating activities, marking an increase of 37% year-on-year. Free cash flow also recorded a double-digit increase, reaching EUR 73 million ($82.3 million), up 12% year-on-year. Sportradar Expanded Existing Partnerships and Signed New Ones Q3 was also a period for various strategic initiatives, as Sportradar expanded its partnership with Polymarket and extended its exclusive global distribution of Euroleague Basketball official data. At the same time, the company signed new agreements with prediction markets and entities, further growing Sportradar’s appeal among event contract providers. A major Q3 development was Sportradar’s decision to divest Atrium Sports for $170 million. Additionally, Sportradar bought back $157 million of its own shares as part of its share buyback scheme. Carsten Koerl, Sportradar’s chief executive officer, was pleased with the performance, praising his team for delivering “another strong quarter of double-digit growth.” He attributed the performance to the strong demand for Sportradar’s content portfolio and data solutions, and the performance of IMG ARENA. Koerl said: “As we capitalize on these new opportunities, further leveraging our existing portfolio, we remain focused on innovation and execution to drive additional value for our partners and clients and deliver durable growth and expanding profitability for our shareholders.”
