MGA Concludes Consultation on Proposed Updates to Recognition Notice Framework

The Malta Gaming Authority has completed its review of feedback submitted during the targeted consultation on proposed updates to the Recognition Notice (RN) Framework and thanks all stakeholders who participated and shared their views. The consultation offered a valuable opportunity to consider the proposed approach and its practical application. The feedback received informed a number of refinements to ensure that the revised approach remains proportionate, risk-based and practical for RN holders. A Feedback Statement summarising the feedback received, the Authority’s position and the way forward has been circulated to RN holders and their representatives. The Authority will share further information on the practical application of specific requirements in due course.
