Sportradar reports a 24% revenue increase in Q3 2026 up to €362.5m. The jump was supported by strong growth in its Betting Technology & Solutions division. Adjusted EBITDA rose 21% to €102m, while net profit increased by 43%. CEO Carsten Koerl said: We delivered another strong quarter of double-digit growth, once again demonstrating the value of our role as a key technology and content partner to the global sports ecosystem. Our performance was driven by strong demand for our premium content portfolio, deep data and innovative technology solutions, including further monetisation of acquired IMG ARENA rights and significant contributions from across the prediction markets landscape. Revenue from Betting Technology and Solutions has risen by €296.7 million, which amounts to an increase of 27%. The increase in revenue from the betting and gaming content section was equal to €242 million, which is 37% higher than in the previous year. The results from the acquisition of IMG ARENA in November 2025 have also played a role in this success. Other than that, Sportradar has observed a surge in demand for its services from all kinds of customers, including prediction market operators. The revenue generated by the Managed betting services section decreased, lowering by 3% to €54.7 million. The rise in the number of bets placed has been compensated for the drop in the trading margins caused by high losses in sports. Revenue generated by the division of Sports Content, Technology and Services has increased to €65.8 million, equal to an increase of 11%. Revenue from marketing and media services has increased to €50.7 million, showing an increase of 15%. This increase in revenue is caused by new clients as well as by the spending of affiliates on marketing. Integrity services revenue increased to €4.8 million (an increase of 16%) while the revenue from sports performance decreased by 8% to €10.3 million. Sportradar’s costs during the quarter were higher due to the increase in sports media rights costs of 54%. This, however did not prevent the profit from growing. Overall profit before tax went up 14% to €33.1m. Profit after tax of €6.1m made profit for that period reach €27m (a year-on-year increase of 20%). Taking into account currency translation adjustments, net profit reached €28.2m that is higher by 43%. After the first nine months of the year, revenue rose by 18% to €1.09bn, while adjusted EBITDA increased by 20% up to €244.5m. Despite the increase of expenses and the contribution of financial income being stronger in the previous year, pre-tax profit showed a decrease of 80% to €24.4m, while profit for the period was lower by 82% to €17.2m. After currency translation adjustments, nine-months’ net profit was €19.2m, which was €57.2 million lower than the year before. Koerl said: Fans are engaging with sports across more platforms than ever before, expanding our addressable market and increasing demand for our products and solutions. As we capitalise on these new opportunities, further leveraging our existing portfolio, we remain focused on innovation and execution to drive additional value for our partners and clients and deliver durable growth and expanding profitability for our shareholders. Sportradar’s guidance for the rest of the year has not changed since it revised it after the results of Q2 being published. The company is expecting that constant-currency revenue growth will be on the level of 19% to 21%, while according to the current foreign exchange rates annual revenue will be €1.52bn to €1.53bn. As for adjusted EBITDA, it’s expected to grow by 24% to 27% on a constant-currency basis, with the company projecting a range of €360m to €368m.
