While the winner has yet to come forward to redeem the prize, the Pennsylvania Lottery did reveal a few details about the win. For reference, the ticket was for the Win Win Win scratch-off game, which offers top prizes of $1 million. A ticket costs $10, lottery officials clarified. At launch, the Win Win Win game featured 5 top prizes of $1 million. As of the time of this writing, only two of these remain unclaimed. The game lists the overall chances of winning any prize, including break-evens, at 1 in 3.12. The Pennsylvania Lottery also revealed that the $1 million Win Win Win ticket was sold at Ennie Inc., 5647 Walnut St., Philadelphia. The store is set to receive a $5,000 incentive bonus for the sale, officials confirmed. Just like all prizes of over $5,000, the $1 million windfall in Philadelphia is subject to applicable withholding.
