Justin Wrobleski will open the game, but the Dodgers also plan to use Roki Sasaki in relief as he returns from the injured list following a blister issue and prepares for a potential postseason bullpen role. Sasaki could be a major weapon in that role because he can empty the tank for a couple of innings, attack hitters with his high-octane four-seamer at the top of the zone, and then work his splitter off of it down in the zone, rather than pacing himself for a traditional 90-pitch outing. That usage is flying under the radar, and I think it's a big reason we're seeing an edge at the current market price. Sasaki gives the Dodgers a legitimate middle-relief weapon, and he can bridge the game to the back end of their bullpen. Time: 10:10 p.m. ET How to watch: TBS Joe Osborne's expert pick: Twins vs Giants Over 7.5 Price: 49¢ at Polymarket This total is too low for a marginal pitching matchup with 14.7-mph winds blowing out. Neither the Minnesota Twins nor the San Francisco Giants are tearing it up offensively, but eight runs hardly requires a clinic against these arms. Taj Bradley has allowed three-plus runs in five straight road outings, and a bullpen ranking 23rd in ERA over the last two weeks backs him. Anthony Molina gets the start for the Giants and has produced a 4.82 ERA since joining the rotation. The last time we saw him pitch at AT&T Park, he was smacked around for seven earned runs off nine hits against the San Diego Padres. Time: 9:45 p.m. ET How to watch: NBC Sports Bay Area, Twins.TV Dustin Saracini's expert pick: Blue Jays vs Orioles Over 7.5 Price: 48¢ at Polymarket I'd price this closer to 54%, so we're going to take advantage of this value. The Toronto Blue Jays see a familiar face on the bump in Chris Bassitt tonight. While he's been fine over his last two starts for the Baltimore Orioles, his 4.96 xERA suggests Toronto should be able to get to him. Expect the Blue Jays to create some traffic on the base paths, with Bassitt owning the highest xBA (.279) and lowest K rate (16.4%) of his career this season. Nobody is happier than George Springer, who's hit two homers off Bassitt in his career and has put up a .631 xSLG versus the righty in 26 plate appearances. On the other side is Max Scherzer, who Baltimore just tagged for six earned runs 11 days ago. No matter how you slice it, we'll see some offensive fireworks tonight.
