NetJets has opened a new facility at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas, boosting its presence in a market with ongoing growth for private flights in recent years. Developed in partnership with Signature Aviation, the new complex was built with NetJets customers, known as Owners, in mind, as it brings together private passenger facilities and infrastructure aimed at supporting aircraft operations and maintenance. Las Vegas has become an increasingly important destination for the company, as it keeps attracting travelers attending major sporting events, entertainment shows, and luxury hospitality experiences. “We invest where our Owners want to be, and we build experiences worthy of how they travel,” said Patrick Gallagher, president of NetJets Aviation. He added that the new facility is intended to provide easier access to the city and the personalized service customers expect. Private Flight Demand, Nonstop Growth NetJets reported that flight activity in Las Vegas has increased by nearly 45% since 2022, reaching almost 8,000 flights through the end of 2025. Demand has also continued to go up this year, running close to 30% higher compared to the same period last year. The new complex covers more than 300,000 square feet and includes a private passenger terminal, two aircraft hangars, a maintenance facility and more than 250,000 square feet of preferred-use ramp space, which can accommodate approximately 25 aircraft. The 17,069-square-foot terminal features a private lounge, VIP conference rooms, and a dedicated family room. Its design draws inspiration from the surrounding desert landscape, with a contemporary interior aimed at providing a quieter alternative to shared airport facilities. Passengers will also enjoy direct access to a gate to the airport’s Air Operations Area, making travel between vehicles and aircraft simpler and removing the need to pass through the regular commercial areas in the terminal. On-site NetJets representatives will also assist customers throughout their journey. Maintenance and Aircraft Operations Under One Roof The complex features one hangar that will be dedicated to NetJets fleet operations and another one that will be operated by Executive Jet Management (EJM), which will be responsible for accommodating aircraft from both operations. A NetJets Service Hub will also operate on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week, providing aircraft detailing, stocking, and maintenance. Having these services available on-site is expected to help the company prepare aircraft for flights more efficiently and reduce downtime across its western US operations. Tony Lefebvre, chief executive officer of Signature Aviation, said the partnership brings together the companies’ expertise in private aviation operations and customer hospitality. The Las Vegas development is the first new-build facility jointly developed by NetJets and Signature Aviation, and it is also part of a wider investment program that includes new or expanded facilities in Dallas, Palm Beach and Washington, D.C. The projects are intended to support growing demand across the NetJets network while improving aircraft availability and the experience for private aviation customers.
