Tsegaye Kebede is the 5/2 favourite to win the Virgin London Marathon this weekend according to Ladrokes, Patrick Makau is 7/2. Last year’s winner Kebede heads the market from Patrick Makau at 7/2. Viktor Rothlin is the shorted priced European runner at 12/1 with Andrew Lemoncello Britain’s best chance of a winner at 100/1.
