Rather than just keeping its customers on property, Fontainebleau Las Vegas is remaking its casino loyalty program into a gateway for all of Las Vegas. This week, the North Strip resort launched The Experience Collection, a new initiative allowing customers to redeem “Bleau Points” for admission to nearly two dozen off-property attractions across Sin City. The $3.7 billion, 67-story Fontainebleau opened on the North Las Vegas Strip in December 2023. (Image: Shutterstock) Loyalty programs traditionally focus on on‑property perks, but casinos have increasingly learned that guests value the ability to use their points outside the casino that awarded them.Attractions available via the new initiative range from helicopter flights over the Strip to supercar racing, off‑road adventures, and Machine Guns Vegas. Cultural and immersive attractions are also included, such as The Neon Museum, Omega Mart, Area15, and the John Wick Experience. Check out the full slate on the official Experience Collection page. The experiences aren’t curated by the Fontainebleau but by the third-party website Vegas.com. However, points cannot be redeemed directly on the website. They must be booked in person at the Fontainebleau Rewards desk, ensuring that guests can only redeem their Bleau Points during a Vegas stay. The Fine Print Guests pay a premium to experience the Experience Collection, because bookings are made with a 2-to-1 redemption rate. In other words, an attraction priced at $50 on Vegas.com requires 10,000 Bleau Points, even though those same 10,000 points carry a $100 value when redeemed inside the resort. Members must also have enough points to cover the entire cost of an experience, with no option to split payment between points and cash. And all purchases are final unless the attraction itself cancels, in which case points can be refunded. The new initiative underscores Fontainebleau’s push to build a stronger foothold on the quieter north end of the Strip. With less natural foot traffic than the megaresorts in the center corridor, the property is using its rewards program to keep guests engaged and give them more reasons to stay tied to the Fontainebleau brand. Also this week, Fontainebleau expanded how members earn loyalty points. For the first time, table games now qualify, with players earning three Bleau Points (three cents in value) for every dollar of rated play.
