For 2026, the FanDuel parent ranked 41st globally, its highest ranking to date. Being recognized by TIME every year since this list began says something more durable than any single result. It reflects the work of colleagues across every brand and every market we operate in — the people who build our products, serve our customers, and hold us to the standards we have set ourselves. This is their recognition, and I am hugely proud of them for it,” said Lisa Sewell, chief people officer at Flutter. The annual list is based on three core criteria: employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability transparency. Statista fielded surveys from more than 200,000 employees, with companies only qualifying for the list if they generated at least $100 million in 2025 revenue. The researchers compared each company’s revenue growth over the previous three years and graded sustainability transparency based on each company’s publicly disclosed ESG (environmental, social, and governance) data. Employee Input Flutter celebrated its TIME ranking because the list heavily leans on what employees say about their employer. “There is no shortage of company rankings. What makes this one stand out is what it measures. Rather than focusing on brand awareness or public profile alone, it considers how employees view their workplace, how the business has performed, and how transparently it reports on its impact,” the betting firm said. That makes this recognition particularly meaningful. It reflects the strength of our business, our long-term growth, and most importantly, the experience of colleagues across Flutter who continue to build and shape our success every day,” the company statement added. Flutter received a score of 87.99/100, with its sustainability transparency score receiving a high mark to rank 14th, and its revenue growth classified as “very high.” Flutter’s score from employees was less glowing, ranking 501st among the 1,000 companies graded. Founded in 2016 when Paddy Power and Betfair merged, the organization rebranded to Flutter Entertainment in 2018 after it acquired a controlling stake in FanDuel. Flutter is today the world’s largest online betting firm. Based in Dublin, Ireland, Flutter’s brands include PokerStars, Sky Bet, Sportsbet, and Adjarabet. According to the company’s most recent regulatory filing, Flutter has more than 28,500 employees. Sands, MGM Ranked The only other gaming companies to rank on TIME’s World’s Best Companies list were Las Vegas Sands and MGM Resorts. Sands, the world’s largest casino operator by market capitalization, ranked No. 263. MGM ranked No. 499.
