AskGamblers reported that its Casino Complaints Service (AGCCS) has once again helped gamblers recover their funds from operators. As it turned out, the service helped resolve thousands of complaints, returning some $3.4 million to the players. AGCCS Continued to Help Players Between April 1 and June 30, the AGCCS recorded an influx of complaints as more and more players became aware of the service and sought to recover stuck funds. In terms of casino gaming, the AGCCS received 3,777 complaints from a total of 2,828 users playing with 829 different casinos. The grand total of recovered money for casino players stood at approximately $3,245,900.50, marking a noticeable increase from $2.28 million in Q2 2025. The resolved complaints for the second quarter of 2026 were 935 versus 862 in the prior-year period. AskGamblers added that it also received 626 sports betting-related complaints from 516 AGCCS users playing with 127 different sportsbooks. The number of complaints marked an increase from Q2 2025, when the AGCCS received 503 betting complaints from 405 users. In the end, the company managed to recover $75,623.61 for the players in Q2 2026. AskGamblers added that it recovered $32.403.63 for German-speaking players and $19,520.05 for Spanish-speaking ones. The Spanish tenant recorded its strongest recovery figure yet, the company said. AskGamblers added that its affiliate program complaints section received 116 complaints from 75 users. After intervening, the AGCCS managed to recover $24,646.98 from 58 affiliates. The number of users engaging with the affiliate program more than doubled compared to Q2 2025, when the company received complaints from only 36 users. A Record-Breaking Quarter for the Service AskGamblers said that Q2 2026 was what it called a “record-breaking quarter for the AGCCS.” In total, the service received 4,811 complaints, processed 1,563 of them, and successfully resolved 1,068. As a result, affected users were able to recover approximately $3,398,094.77, all thanks to the service. The number of affected casinos, sportsbooks, and affiliates, on the other hand, reached 1,160. AskGamblers stated that its team is very happy to have resolved 1,068 complaints, since behind each and every one of these is a user in need of help. The company cited a $2.54 million 1xBet Sportsbook complaint as one of the highlights of its Q2 achievements. The player had spent six months dealing with verification issues before the case was finally resolved thanks to the AGCCS.
