Allwyn has published its preliminary unaudited financial report for Q2, highlighting what it called “another quarter of strong growth.” As it turned out, PrizePicks, which Allwyn acquired earlier this year, was a key driver of success. Allwyn Publishes Q2 Report, Highlights Steady Growth In its report, Allwyn said that its total net revenue for the three months ended June 30, 2026, was EUR 1,246 million ($1,452 million), marking a double-digit year-on-year increase of 27%. The company’s adjusted EBITDA, on the other hand, stood at EUR 458 million ($534 million), up 29% YOY with a margin of 37%. According to the company’s leadership, these very favorable figures are proof of the successful execution of the company’s strategy and its continued momentum in Continental Europe. The acquisition of PrizePicks was also a major contributor to the company’s performance in Q2. In addition to that, Allwyn reaffirmed its financial outlook for 2026, confirming that it expects net revenue growth of mid-to-high 20% and an adjusted EBITDA margin of roughly 37%. Allwyn also announced an interim distribution of EUR 0.20 ($0.23) per share, which further highlights its confidence in the stability of its business, as well as its commitment to generating shareholder value. CEO Chvatal Hailed the Report Allwyn’s CEO, Robert Chvatal, said that his team was pleased to have another very positive quarter just after the company’s Q1 successes. While Chvatal acknowledged the fact that PrizePicks was a major contributor to the strong performance, he added that without accounting for its contributions, Allwyn still experienced a 5% increase in net revenue. The CEO also noted that the 2026 FIFA World Cup hype further supported Allwyn’s business. Chvatal noted that, in Q2, Allwyn did a lot to improve its products and introduced new or enhanced draw-based lottery games across Austria, the Czech Republic, and the UK. One of the most notable such developments was the launch of the Powerball game in the UK. At the same time, Allwyn continued to enhance the PrizePicks product in North America and allowed players to combine PrizePicks with a TeamPick within a single line-up. At a corporate level, Allwyn completed the final steps of its merger with OPAP and increased its stake in Next Lotto, a German online reseller of draw-based games. Looking ahead, overall trading remains in line with our expectations and we are pleased to re-affirm our Group outlook for 2026. We remain confident in our ability to deliver sustainable growth, strong cash generation and attractive shareholder returns over the long term. Robert Chvatal, CEO, Allwyn In other news, Allwyn’s UK division recently announced Andria Vidler’s departure from the CEO role and announced Phil Walker as her successor on an interim basis. Chair Justin King said that the company’s leadership determined this to be the perfect moment for this transition.
