Jonas Brothers have officially announced they would take their reunion run beyond New York, amid strong demand for their Madison Square Garden shows. In the meantime, 92-year-old Frankie Valli has reassured fans that he does not plan to retire anytime soon, while Mary J. Blige has rescheduled five of her Las Vegas shows. MGM Grand Garden Arena to Host the Jonas Brothers The Jonas Brothers announced a massive North American tour spread across 45 cities following strong demand for their upcoming shows at New York’s Madison Square Garden. The tour, titled “The Burning Up Tour All Over Again,” will bring Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas to MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on November 28, 2026. According to an AXS press release issued Monday, August 17, the tour was planned after the overwhelming response to the trio’s August 20-22 shows at Madison Square Garden. “The response was so overwhelming announcing the MSG shows that we knew we couldn’t stop at New York,” the Jonas Brothers said in a statement. Magnus Ferrell and Deleasa will join the brothers as special guests for the Las Vegas performance. Tickets will go on general sale at 10 pm Friday, August 21, through AXS, with several presales taking place earlier in the week. VIP Nation will also offer upgraded packages featuring premium seating, access to the Burnin’ Up VIP Lounge, exclusive merchandise and custom gifts. The Las Vegas concert will not technically be a residency. The Jonas Brothers have never held a traditional Las Vegas residency, although they performed four “Greetings From Las Vegas” shows at Park MGM’s Dolby Live in May 2026. Change of Plans for Mary J. Blige Mary J. Blige has changed her Las Vegas schedule, postponing five performances from her “My Life, My Story: The Las Vegas Residency” at Park MGM’s Dolby Live. Shows originally scheduled for August 28-29 and September 2, 5 and 6, 2026, have been moved to next February on the 12th, 13th, 17th, 19th and 20th. Her October 23, 24, 28, 30, and 31 performances did not suffer any alterations. Ticket holders for the affected shows will be offered tickets to the corresponding February performances. Frankie Valli Rejects Retirement Claims Frankie Valli has pushed back against reports that he is retiring from performing. The singer posted a statement on social media at the start of the week, saying, “In spite of what you might have heard, I am not retired.” His longtime publicist subsequently confirmed the denial. The statement came days after Valli’s brother, Bobby Valli, wrote on Facebook that the singer was ending his performing career. Valli, best known for hit songs “Can’t Take My Eyes Of You” and “Sherry” had previously canceled nine US dates on his “Last Encores” tour between June and November 2026 to focus on unspecified health issues. His most recent performance in Sin City took place at the Westgate last October, while his last touring appearance was in Temecula, California, in February of 2026. At the moment, the artist does not have any upcoming Las Vegas performances scheduled. As previously announced, the legendary Lionel Richie will return to Vegas with a series of new performances at Wynn Las Vegas in October and November.
