Evenbeter (formerly EvenBet Gaming) has introduced an expanded suite of analytics and AI tools within its back-office platform. The update brings together hand and account screening, tournament checks, demand forecasts and reporting assistants, helping poker and casino teams identify priorities and investigate issues within their existing workflows. New AI-assisted screening helps operators quickly identify suspicious hands and account connections for closer review. By analysing player or tournament hand histories (from the bubble stage onwards) alongside internal signals like shared devices and payment connections, processed securely without personal data like names or IPs, the platform surfaces potential multi-accounting and coordinated activity to support human investigation without establishing wrongdoing on its own. Tournament teams can now validate proposed settings before launch, automatically checking expected participation against guarantees, limits, payouts, and potential schedule clashes. This is backed by AI-driven schedule analysis of past performance to eliminate weak slots, alongside demand forecasts with confidence ranges to estimate future cash-game and tournament activity. For everyday efficiency, operators can use natural language prompts to instantly generate filters across player, transaction, and withdrawal lists. Operational reports are further enhanced by AI reviews with actionable next steps, retention analytics sorted by churn risk and value, cash-game stake economics, and responsible gaming behavioural markers checked against individual and population baselines. Administrators retain full governance, with the ability to enable individual AI features, configure daily request limits, tailor assistant instructions, and strictly control data scopes according to back-office permissions. Alexander Tamplon, CTO at Evenbeter, said: An operator needs to understand what deserves attention and what to check next. We are bringing that support directly into the back office: highlighting suspicious hands and account links, checking tournament settings before launch, and helping teams interpret reports. The tools provide context and recommendations, while operators remain responsible for the decisions. The update extends Evenbeter’s back-office capabilities across investigation, planning and reporting, giving teams more practical ways to act on the information already available within their platform.
