Aristocrat expands Reign, Baron slot cabinet formats, launches new games

Gaming equipment and content provider Aristocrat Leisure Ltd is expanding its cabinet configurations and game portfolio, including new content for its recently-launched Reign slot cabinet and the introduction of a new The Baron Slant cabinet. The Reign cabinet, launched in August, is being offered in two formats: Reign Double and Reign Single, according to a Thursday announcement from Aristocrat. Reign Double is being introduced with “Buffalo Grand Express” and “House of the Dragon Two Crowns”, while the Reign Single content offering is being expanded with “Spooky Link”, “Buffalo Big Blocks” and “Fee-Fi-Fo Fortunes”, the firm said. The group said it had a further 20 titles planned for future release on the Reign Single platform. The Aristocrat brand is also introducing The Baron Slant, a new product within its The Baron cabinet family. The product features ultra-high-definition 4K displays, game-driven lighting and upgraded sound. The Baron Slant will present 11 new titles, including “Buffalo Dynamite”, “Jackpot Tales” and “Bao Bao Riches”. It will also be able to run the existing portfolio of games developed for The Baron Upright. Aristocrat said it was additionally launching 12 titles for The Baron Portrait cabinet, including “Fabulous Hold & Spin Jackpots”, “Golden Dynasty Link” and “Panther Link”. The new products are due to be presented at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E), being held from September 28 to October 1 in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the United States. Craig Toner, chief executive of Aristocrat Gaming, said: “From breakthrough games and cabinets to connected digital, systems, and loyalty solutions, we’re delivering an unmatched portfolio that helps our customers grow and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry.” Aristocrat Interactive is preparing to bring the “Dragon Link” franchise to the iGaming segment, with the online version due for a full launch following the recent introduction of “Lightning Link” to the platform. The group is also to offer a product it calls “Modernised Membership”, centred on the “Intelligent Card Reader Pro” system. Aristocrat said the hardware could be installed as an upgrade to existing gaming machines, enabling cardless, cashless and other functions without requiring a dedicated mobile application.
